Biloxi, MS -- Eddie Mae Smith, 75, collapsed in her home, which was flooded by Hurricane Katrina and infested with mold and mildew. Bishop Nelson came to check on Ms. Smith and found her in dire condition. Nelson said he needed trailers for people such as Ms. Smith, who can't wait for FEMA aid.
