Pulitzer-winning Kent State Photos Added to Pulitzer.org

John Paul Filo of Valley Daily News and Daily Dispatch, Tarentum and New Kensington, PA, won the 1971 Pulitzer Prize for Spot News Photography, for his pictorial coverage of the Kent State University tragedy on May 4, 1970.

We went to the archives in search of the full series, which we captured and added to Filo's page on our website. The entry letter is there too. It's fascinatingly still relevant.
